Electric City Butcher in Santa Ana, provides us with unique cuts of meat sourced from family owned farms and ranches here in California.

Locally-caught fish from Santa Monica Seafood where they are committed to providing the highest quality of seafood products.

Our cheeses come from our favorite creamery Stepladder Ranch in Cambria and Achadinha, a charming farmstead in Petaluma, CA.

Eggs, olive oil and honey come from our wonderful friends at the Farmers Market.

Other lovely things are prepared fresh from the kitchen.
